Vero is designed around your everyday work: preparing client and subcontractor quotes, documenting and pricing change orders, tracking the full project roadmap and keeping clients updated on progress and risks, scheduling crews, connecting contract payments and client collections, and helping purchase materials and track deliveries. You stay in charge of decisions and relationships.
Can I use my own costs and markup?
Yes. Enter a total, separate labor and materials, or use labor-only pricing for each trade. Set your markup, and the client quote uses your selling prices.
What can I upload?
PDF and Word documents. Start with your project plans so Vero can help organize the scope and prepare your quote requests.
Can I review everything before sharing?
Yes. The scope, amounts, email copy, company information, and recipients are yours to edit. Email drafts are prepared for review; they are not sent automatically.
